4 oz Blue Cheese Crumbles (I use the whole container)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 lb. Pasta
Instructions
Toss chicken in 1/4cup flour to coat. Brown chicken in 2 tbs oil.
Pour chicken broth in pan to deglaze after browning. Add half and half and hotsauce as well
as blue cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted then toss with cooked pasta.
We garnish with fresh parmesan cheese.
