Preheat oven to 200. Prepare topping; set aside. Cut 2 long loaves of french bread into ½ “ thick slices. Lay slices in single layer on cookie sheet. Brush lightly with seasoned oil or I often drizzle with spoon. (Whisk oil mixture often so seasons don't settle to bottom.) Dry in oven til crisp, about an hour. Your house will smell divine before your guests arrive. Let completely cool before storing. You can freeze after cooled. Recrisp in 350 oven for 5 minutes if desired.
