Oil the cooler side of the grill rack, away from the fire, using a long-handled brush or tongs and a rag. Life the pizza dough by one edge and drape it over the cooler side of the grill rack. Cover the grill. Check the dough after a couple of minutes. When you can see grill marks and it is stiff, flip it over with tongs. Spread the sauce over the dough, followed by the sausage, the parmesan, and then the mozzarella.
