8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked according to package, drained
16 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400'. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large pot brown ground beef; drain and place in pot; add green
chili, velveeta, spices, cream and macaroni, stirring over medium
heat until cheese melts. Transfer to baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese; bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is
bubbly.
