Dissolve jelly crystals in boiling water, and set
aside
|

Drain fruit and place in a bowl. Place sponge cake
pieces on the fruit, and pour cooled jelly over
|
|
|
Put in the fridge for at least 30mins, or until set.

|
|
Top with whipped cream and jelly crystals
|
