|
Place strawberry jelly in a bowl, add boiling water.
stir until jelly is dissolved and leave to cool
|
|
|
Cut plain sponge cake into squares and dip in jelly
mixture, coating all sides
|
|
|
Dip cake squares into dessicated coconut, coating
all sides
|
|
|
Put in fridge until jelly is firm. Slice and fill
with whipped cream
|
