1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped

1/2 cup spinach, frozen, chopped or steamed

1/4 cup mayonnaise
|

1/4 cup parmesan cheese
|
|
1/4 cup romano cheese
|
|
1 clove garlic, finely minced
|
|
1/2 teaspoon basil dry (1 Tbsp. fresh)

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Instructions |

|
Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature. Combine mayonnaise, parmesan, romano, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well
|

Add artichoke hearts and mix until blended.
|

Spray pie pan with cooking spray, pour in dip and top with mozzarella cheese.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the top is brownd. Serve with toasted bread.
