Thin the chicken breasts by butterfly cutting them all the way through. Then cut them till you have a nice thin strip of chicken.

Take the eggs and milk and mix together in one bowl then take another bowel to put the bread crumbs in.

Then heat up a pan with about a quarter of an inch of oil in it. Take the chicken and put it in the egg mixture then dip it in the bread crumbs. If you want more bread crumbs on the chicken then repeat.

Cook until out side of the chicken has a nice crispy semi brown crust on them. Serve with lemon juice, BBQ sauce or ketchup.
