put half the chopped onion in a large covered oven pan, a turkey roaster typ is perfect. after trim excess fat, the ribs go in next and the rest of the onion over the top. pour thelemon jice over the ribs, then brown ina a preheat 375 oven 45 min. uncovered
while the ribs are browning, combine the rest of the sauce in a a larege pot and lsowly bring to a simmer on top of the oven. when the ribs have bronwed, pour off most of theliquid in the pan and add the sauce. it should be enough to fully cover the ribs. cover the pan tightly and bak a 425 for 2 hours. uncover the pan and bak for about 30min more until the sauc ecooks don. the meat should fall of the bones
