1 pound of dried french bread (or cinnamon raisin)

4 eggs
|
|
1/2 c sugar
|
|
1 tsp each vanilla, cinnamon
|
|
1/4 tsp nutmeg
|
|
1 1/2 c milk
|
|
4 TBSP cream cheese
|
|
1 c blueberries
|
|
4 tsp butter
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Whisk together eggs,
sugar, vanilla & spices. Cut bread into 1/2 inch
cubes, add to egg mixture.

Place 1/2 of bread mixture into 9 x 13 pan. Cover
with blueberries & cream cheese. Cover with
remaining bread mixture.

|
Bake until pudding is browned & set, about 45
minutes.
