Stir chicken, green pepper, cream cheese and 1/2c salsa in medium saucepan on low heat until cream cheese is melted. Spoon approx. 1/2c of chicken mix into each tortilla; roll up. Place in lightly greased pan. Stir in cheese and milk in a saucepan on low heat until smooth. Pour over tortillas, cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20mins or until heated. Top with remaining salsa.
