2 to 3 lbs lean ground beef (depending on how meaty you like it)
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans (15 oz each) Ranch Style Beans (a brand of baked beans found in most grocery stores)
2 cans (20 oz each ) enchilada sauce (red)
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Instructions
Brown the ground beef and chopped onion together. Drain any grease and place mixture in a large cooking pot. Stir in beans, enchilada sauce, diced tomatoes, chili powder and cumin (add more seasoning to taste if desired) Simmer until thickened.

Serve with grated cheese and bread.
