Pre Heat oven to 425
melt butter in sauce pan. When butter is melted add Onion, Flour, Salt and pepper. cook on low for a few minutes. Add Chicken Broth and Milk. Whisk until boiling. Boil for 1 minute then add mixed vegitables and chicken.
Cook for another minute then pour over into prepared pie shell. Top with second shell; seal edges cut slit in the middle to vent for steam then bake for 30 minutes.
