In med saucepan heat oil; add rice and saute 5-7 minutes or until bornw.
Pay close attention or rice can burn. Add chopped onion and saute 5-7
minutes.

In saucepan, boil water and add bouillon cubes. Stir to dissolve. Add
to rice.

Add remaining ingredients; stir and bring to a slow boil. Take your
time using med to med high heat. Reduce to low heat after getting to
slow boil stage.

Cover pan and cook for 14 minutes. Do not remove cover for 14 minutes.
After 14 minutes, check to see if liquid has dissolved. Cook additional
2 minutes if liquid has not totally been absorbed by rice. Remove from
heat and keep covered until serving.
