Preheat oven to 375. Lightly coat baking pan with oil.
Place flour, egg and cornflake crumbs in SEPARATE shallow
bowls. Add water to the egg and beat well.

Pound chicken breasts until they are about 1/2 inch thick.
Dip chicken in flour to coat. Shake off excess, dip both
sides in egg, then in the cornflake crumbs.
Place in baking dish.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is done.
Remove from oven and place 2 TBS of spaghetti sauce on
each breast and top with mozzarella cheese - then sprinkle
with parmesan.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Meanwhile cook and drain spaghetti.
Keep spaghetti warm and warm the remaining spaghetti
sauce.

Suggestions |
|
Serve chicken with spaghetti and sauce on the side. Have more parmesan cheese available.
