Mix first 5 ingredients for filling and set aside.

Prepare dough by placing flour in a large bowl and making a well in the center. Fill well with eggs, beat mixture with a fork. When eggs are thoroughly mixed, add water as needed to make a dough.

Divide dough into two balls. Roll out onto a floured board and cut into squares with a knife or pizza cutter.
|
|
|
Fill with one tbsp of filling, fold over and press edges together with a floured fork. Boil 15 minutes and serve with marinara sauce and freshly grated cheese.
