4 zucchini - washed and sliced thin
|

1 large onion - sliced thin
|

2 Fresno Chilis - sliced thin -wear gloves
|

1/2 tsp Cumin powder
|
|
4 cloves Garlic - minced
|

1/2 tsp salt
|
|
2 -3 Tbl olive oil
|
|
Can also add
|
|

|
sliced mushrooms
|
|
sliced bell pepper
|
|
slivered almonds
|

Instructions |
|
|
Heat oil to medium hight heat in pan, Wok if you have it.
|
|
|
Add sliced vegatables, garlic, and stir until heated through.
|
|
|
When vegetables begin to soften and the onions start to go to dark golden add Cumin and Salt.
|
|
|
Heat until the vegetables are thoroughly cooked.
