preheat oven to 325. grease and flour fluted bundt pan
large bowl-beat butter and sugar @ med-high w/ electric mixer, until fluffy. add eggs 1 at a time, beating well.
med bowl- mix flour, cocoa, salt, and soda
small bowl-combine buttermilk, food color, vinegar, and vanilla.
gradually add flour mix and buttermilk mix TO butter mixture- alternating.
spoon into pan and bake for 50-60 min, or until cake tester comes out of center clean.
let cool in pan for 10 min. remove from pan and cool completely on rack.
drizzle with Cream Cheese Glaze
