In a sauce pan, blend milk and flour until smooth. Then cook, stirring
constantly until thickened. Cool thoroughly.
To make chocoate frosting add two heaping teaspoons of cocoa
Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy
(about four minutes) then add flour paste and vanilla. Mix well
