|
Boil squash and zucchini in salted water until tender. Take out of water and cut into chunks.

|
Saute onion in butter until transparent.
|
|
|
Mix all ingredients (except 1/2 a cup each of cheese and cracker crumbs) and pour into greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and cracker crumbs.
|
|
|
Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until browned.
