Cook pasta according to package directions. While water is heating and spaghetti is cooking, start cooking the shrimp mixture. Heat olive oil in non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Saute onion and red bell pepper in olive oil for several minutes. Add garlic, and cook briefly before adding the can of tomatoes. Let sauce bubble and reduce a little for a few minutes. Add the shrimp (if frozen they will take a little longer to cook). Add the Mrs. Dash seasoning, stirring until shrimp are pink.
When the pasta is cooked, drain and put in bowl large enough to hold pasta and shrimp mixture. Add the fresh spinach directly to the top of the warm spaghetti. On top of that, add the shrimp-tomato mixture. Toss gently, and serve.
