Fry the onions and layer them in the bottom of a flat casserole dish.
Add the raw chicken and add herbs and spices.

|
Add the chopped potatoes and carrots.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chicken.
|
|
|
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celcius for about one and a half hours. Turn the chicken after 45 minutes.
|
|
|
Serve with rice and sambals.
