8 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
|

1/2 pound corned beef, diced
|
|
4 oz. swiss cheese, shredded
|

1 cup milk
|
|
3/4 cup Bisquick
|
|
1/3 cup Mayonaisse
|

salt and pepper
|
|
1/2 t. dry mustard
|

2 T. chili sauce
|

Instructions |

|
Sprinkle bottom of greased 9 inch pie plate with corned beef, cheese and then kraut.
|

In a blender mix until smooth- milk, bisquick, mayonaisse, chili sauce, salt and pepper, mustard, and eggs. Pour over mixture in pie plate.
|
|
|
Bake at 400 degrees till bottom and sides are well browned. 45 to 60 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting. Serves 6.

Note- Can use 1/2 cup of 1000 Island Salad Dressing in place of Mayo, chili sauce and mustard.
