Cut Cauliflower into florets and cook uncovered in boiling salted waterfor 12 minutes until they have softened.Drain and puree cauliflower with milk and butter and musyard. Season with salt peppe and nutmeg.Place in shallow baking dish and cover with parmesan cheese.Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until a golden crust has formed over the top
