Slice apples and place in a large bowl. Add dry ingredients stirring to coat apples.

Place apples in pie shell. Add dollops of butter. Cover with crust.
|
|
|
Bake at 375° for 55 minutes.
|
|
|
During the last 10 minutes, brush pie crust with a sugar and cream mixture.
