Pit and peel avocados. Mash the avocados with a fork in a bowl, leaving them pretty lumpy.
Dice the onion and tomotoes and toss on top of the mashed avocado.
Squeeze the juice of half a lime onto the mixture.
Add the cilantro, cumin, Adobo, and salt. Mix gently so ingredients are evenly distributed but mixture doesn't become too smooth.
If you like your guac spicy, throw in some finely chopped jalapeno.
