Cut bell peppers into pieces, saute in olive oil with garlic.
|
|
|
Add can of anchovies (squich it into a paste on the bottom of the pan).
Add ketchup and vinegar.
If it is too thick, add some water.
|
|
|
Simmer for about 5 to 10 Minutes.
|
|
|
Eat with Chicken or veal cutlets.
|
