Heat the oil in skillet over medium heat.
Season the chicken nicely with salt and pepper. I
used about 3/4 tsp of salt for one side of chicken
legs, flip over and another 3/4 tsp of salt.
Nicely salt to give chicken flavor.
Combine the flour with 1.5 tsp salt, 1/2tsp
pepper, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder in a shallow
dish. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture and
add to the hot oil. Brown the chicken on each side
and remove from skillet.
Add the vegetables to the skillet and saute over
medium heat until tender. Add a 1/2 cup of water.
Add the chicken on top of the vegetables. Cover and
cook until tender, approximately 25 minutes. Flip
chicken at about 12 minute mark.
Bake biscuits when flipping chicken. Serve with
chicken.
