1 head cabbage, shredded

4 green onions, chopped

3 T sesame seeds

3 oz package oriental noodles (Ramon)

1/2 cup slivered almonds

3 T vinegar

2 T sugar

2 T vegetable oil
|

1/2 t pepper

Instructions |
|
|
Crush package of noodles and place in a strainer and
rise to soften.
|

|
In a large bowl, combine noodles, cabbage, onions,
sesame seeds, and almonds.
|
|
|
For dressing, combine seasoning mix from noodles,
vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper. Shake to mix.
|
|
|
Pour over cabbage mixture and toss. Cover and chill
several hours.
