layer tortillas and tomato sauce in a dish to
soak. this will make them easy to work with.
mix cooking creme, rotel, rice, black beans, and 1
cup cheese in a bowl.
grease a 9x13 pan. take tortillas one at a time
from the sauce and place about 1/2 cup bean mixture
in the tortilla and roll up. place seam side down in
pan. sprinkle on some more cheese. bake for about
30 minutes at 350 until heated through.
serve with guacamole and lime cilantro sour cream.
