|
Steam veggies for about 10 min or until almost done.
|
|
|
Melt 1/2 stick of butter then crush crackers and mix with melted butter
|
|
|
Melt other half of butter with velveeta cheese. Put veggies and melted butter with cheese and stir.
|
|
|
Add crackers on top and cook uncovered in oven for 25 minutes at 350
