1 rotisserie chicken

4 c chicken broth
|

1 c noodles or pasta

3 carrots - diced
|

3 celery stalks - diced

1/2 t garlic - minced

1 t dried parsley

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions |
|
|
Saute carrots and celery in 2 T olive oil for 3 minutes. Add broth and garlic, bring to boil
|
|
|
Add noodles, parsley, salt and pepper
|
|
|
Cook until noodles are done. Take chicken from bone and cut into small pieces.
|
|
|
Add chicken, heat through
|
