Marinate the ribs with all of the BBQ sauce. Put in a tray and cover with foil.
|
|
|
Put in pre-heated oven (150 C) for 4 hours. Remove foil and put all the juices that comes out into a pan.
|
|
|
Baste the ribs with more BBQ sauce and put under 220C broiler until brown.
|
|
|
In mean time, reduce the juices until thick to make gravy.
