6 oz velveeta cheese cut up

Instructions |
|
|
Cook and stir zucchini and cauliflower in oil in large nonstick skillet on meduim heat until crisp-tender
|

Stir in tomatoes, mostaccioli and basil; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally

Add cheese; cook and stir until melted.
