1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream
|

1/4 cup milk

2 cups cooked chicken

2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

3 1/2 cups frozen hash browns, thawed

1 1/2 cups frozen peppers and onions, thawed
|

1 1/2 cups potato chips, crushed

Instructions |
|
|
Combine soup, sour cream, milk, chicken, and 1 1/4
cups cheese in a large bowl.
|
|
|
Spread 3/4 of mixture in a greased 2 qt casserole
dish.
|
|
|
Sprinkle hash browns, peppers, and onions over top,
pressing down lightly. Top with remaining soup
mixture and cheese.
|
|
|
Cover with chips and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees
for 50 to 60 minutes, until bubbly. Let stand for 5
to 10 minutes. before serving.
