Stem & rinse all mushrooms with water then let dry. In a large mixing bowl whisk together OO, honey, vinegar, & garlic (reserve 2-3 tblsp liquid). Add mushrooms to remaining liquid and coat completely. cover with plastic wrap and refridgerate for 2 hours.

Mix remaining liquid with grapes and cream cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Strain mushrooms from liquid and put into a medium-large nonstick roasting pan with them stem side up. Roast for 15 minutes until tender. Remove from oven and let cool (about 20 minutes). Top with cheese mixture, then serve.

Note- This recipie can be prepared up to 2 days in adavnce. Make sure to remove mushrooms 30 minutes prior to serving. Other fruits (apples, pears, cranberries) can be substituted.
