Fill 3 qt. pan with 2/3 full of water. Heat to boiling. Add pasta-vegetable pouch to boiling water. Gently boil 12 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water until chilled.
Stir in seasonig mix, oil, water and mustard. Stir in pasta and chicken. Top with parmesan topping.
