     Bacardi Rum Pina Colada Cake

Ingredients
1 package white cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup wesson oil
1 package coconut cream or vanilla instand pudding
1 cup flaked coconut
1/3 cup rum
Frosting recipe included on bottom
 

Instructions
Blend all ingredients except coconut for 4 mins. Bake per instructions on box. cool in (2) 9 inch pans for 15 mins. Remove and cool on racks. Fill and frost, sprinkle with coconut.
FROSTING- 1 - 8oz can crushed pineapple juice 1 package coconut cream or vanilla instant pudding 1/3 cup rum 1 - 9oz frozen whipped topping Combine all ingredients, except whipped topping. Beat until well blended. Fold in topping. If you use vanilla flavor filling, use 3/4 cup water. Add one cup flaked coconut to batter.
