FROSTING-
1 - 8oz can crushed pineapple juice
1 package coconut cream or vanilla instant pudding
1/3 cup rum
1 - 9oz frozen whipped topping
Combine all ingredients, except whipped topping. Beat until well blended. Fold in topping. If you use vanilla flavor filling, use 3/4 cup water. Add one cup flaked coconut to batter.
