1 lb of boneless, skinless, chicken breast

2 tblsp olive oil
|

1 tsp dried oregano
|

3 tblsp red-wine vinegar

1/2 c. feta

1/4 c. plain yogurt

1 c. fresh mint
|

Instructions |
|
|
Place chicken in ziploc with olive oil, oregano, and vinegar. Let marinate 2-3 hours. Place on a grill until done.

For sauce- Place mint, yogurt, and feta in food processor until smooth. Serve with grilled chicken.
